Gas meter chomping through £20s

Gas ran out today. Hasn’t been doing anything for days/weeks. No hot water, no heating virtually no cooking so it must be all recLAIMING THE DEBT. iT IS SUPPOSED TO BE DOING THIS @£6 A WEEK. Fucking stupid caps lock. Switches on at will.

Took video of my attempt to switch on ‘Emergency Cedot’ of £5. Something wrong with this meter but of course all I have is a phone number to report complaint which will be stonewalled. whe i leave which will hopefully be soon I will write to them saying I am not going to put any more money into the meter until they have sorted out the fault. This will take them at least 6 months to action. I will write to gas Ombudsman if I can be arsed.

Procrastination

I went and pitched for a job 2 weeks ago with business partner. 

Still haven’t put our proposal in. Procrastination. It’s a big job and difficult to tell how long it will take. pPlus I’m juggling running the other business (a small private college).

Think I’m over-obsessing and worrying too much. We have written the proposal but keep revisiting the bid.

I need to work when I’m working , not half-watch the TV  whilst idly thinking about work.

Nor any time to think

I am plagued with things to do.

I know I should make a list and go thru one at a time. Instead, I am fucked up with PROCRASTINATION so spend most of the day idly thinking about all the things I have to do and not making any decisions.

Last week was largely wasted. I had a proposal to do for one of my ‘businesses’. Also decisions to make on the premises of another business.

I have bought some beers and always with that there is lurking the fear of panic attacks/anxiety. I used to drink strong beer to relax.

The fact that I am writing this at 4.30am indicates that my sleep pattern is once again royally fucked. Read (again) that CBT is useful for treatin insomnia by getting one to keep to a pattern of sleep aka ’sleep hygiene’.
