I want to see this now. I have friends who love Jim Carrey, so I'm quite curious to see how he plays the role too. It sounds like a good story, and if the storytelling does the premise justice, I'm sold.

Poignant.com is what this film is

Yeah, Jim Carrey in this is a bit of a revelation actually. The film itself gets better (and more coherent) each time I view it. It's nice to see a film again and see bits you'd forgotten. Groundhog Day was a bit like that but I've seen it so many times now I don't think there's any left...

Eternal Sunshine... is one of those films critics would say 'works on many different levels'.

I won't say more about it before you've watched it other than if an agency like the one in the film existed at some point ... well I suppose we have hypnosis...

Everything I read about anxiety, panic attacks etc say not to stay up nights (it's now 2.46am) and DON'T watch TV etc However, this is when they put on the best films.

Note to self: get another DVD recorder (last one broke).

Sounds good. Romances that deal with memory are always poignant...but what's romance without pain? I got that from a quote from somewhere.

I'll have to check this one out. I'm curious to see how Jim Carrey plays a role like this.

I agree, Panic Away is nothing in comparison to The Linden Method. Panic Away is a rehashed version of Linden's Panic Eliminator CD. Barry should be ashamed asking good money for such garbage.

I used Joe Barry's Method Panic Away and The Linden Method... Charles Linden's Panic Eliminator is certainly very similar to the whole Panic Away programme. DO NJOT buy Panic Away... it is nothing in comparison to The Linden Method which is just an amazing piece of work!! Carol.

I seem barely literate here. Lots of typos etc.
It's almost a year later and I'm a lot better but I realise looking at this I was already recovering.

GF-wise much the same. She complains a lot (not just about me) Essentially, she is not THE ONE but she has many good qualities and being with her no doubt helped me through a particulalrly rough time.

Well, it would help if you gave a hint as to what this technique involved. If you read the post you woukd see that some claim it doesn't contain anything new or 'revolutionary'. So what is it, a distraction technique? Self-hypnosis? Give us a clue or we will have the suspicion that you are posting after doing a google search in order to promote the book...

I had had panic attacks occasionally tthroughout my adult life during times of very high stress. Than, about a year and a half ago I began having them constantly, and for no apparent reason. I would have twenty to thirty attacks per day. It went on for weeks and was exhausting. It negatively affected all areas of my work and hoem life. Out of desperation I searched the web for self help remedies and found PanicAway. I was quite skeptical and didn't buy it at first, but after several more days of constant attacks I broke down and bought it. I was amazed by how well and how fast it worked. It gave me my life back. I still feel the occasional panic attack coming on but now laugh at it and can make it go away almost instantly. Recently I saw an old friend who had been plagued by panic attacks over twenty years ago. His were so bad that he was hospitalized and had to take medication for years. I told him that I had began having attacks and that I found a book that cured me . he asked me what the secret was and I told him. He laughed and said that was the same tecnique he now uses but it took him ten years to figure it out on his own. He said he would have gladly paid the price for PanicAway. It would have saved him the ten miserable years he spent having the attacks. I recommend PanicAway to anyone palgued by Panix/Anxiety. It worked for me, and my friend.
