New home and the first theft

I have been in my new home for 2 weeks. The shower is fantastic and that makes up for the mega small small bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is tiny but has a great view of the garden complete with bumble bees etc.
Girlfriend insisted on putting little hod carrier outside in front garden patio. The next morning it had been stolen…
I’m pissed off because it’s so useful and I managed to hold onto it for 3 years. In fact in my orevious flat I didn’t have anything stolen in 5 years!
Some cunt of am estate agent put a ‘to let’ sign on the front wall which helped advertise maybe an empty property. Makes me feel shitty about the area – which is supposed to be one of the most expensive areas to live.
